I offer custom private, group, and corporate classes for yoga, meditation, and breathwork. 

I am a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher.

I teach power vinyasa, restorative yin, and gentle slow flows. My style is intuitive, therapeutic, and creatively soul guided.

Private yoga session – $65/hr

Small groups – $120/hr ($10 pp after 10)
